I've always heard these folks stand behind their products, but now I have firsthand experience to back it up.
     Have three Fan-Tastics in the MCI. Straight three speeds with reverse, no thermostat or auto close.
     The one in the bathroom went kaput after 12 years, so I called 'em.
     Three days later a replacement motor assembly arrived in the mail! My charge was freight only.
     Made in America and proud of it!

Yeah, I wish I had bought Fantastics.

I went with Polaraire. They got bought out by somebody. When they broke after the first year or so, I got the last two sets of parts
left for them! I'm expecting at some point in the near future I'll have to pull them out and replace them, and the replacements will be Fantastics.
