MC9 evaporator removal

Hi folks. I'm trying to take out the evaporator from my mc9. The heater core is out (easy!), but I can't figure out where to disconnect the a/c lines from the evaporator to remove it. Everything is loose but the fittings. Has anyone removed one, and how? The maintenance manual is useless in this procedure. Thanks
