Having been steadily working on my coach for 3 years, and saying little, if anything, to anyone about my project, I have been invited to show the coach inside the Convention Center in Salt Lake City between May 10-12, 2012.

Starting with a more unusual choice of vehicle, this motor home has been designed and built expressly to be used for disabled persons, primarily military veterans.

Scrambling now to get-r-done before I must leave (mid-April), it is my prayer that everybody pays their bills, so I can pay mine for this trip.

I want to take a moment here and now to thank so many of you, you know who you are, who have replied to my sometimes foolish sounding questions, and requests for advice.

Each reply, and each person who has invested their knowledge into my project, can feel free to take a pat on the back.

I have about 8 weeks work to go to make it show-able, along with some re-do work from contractors whose work left much to be desired. So if you would, pray that I find both the time and the tenacity to be ready. Pray also that the funding does come in, because all my work and my trips are paid by donations from caring persons and businesses.

For those who are wondering what my coach looks like, take a peek at servingproject.org

Thank you again to all of you who have brought this project to this point. It is an honor to be doing what I do. It my way to serve those who have served.

Cool bus; I had no idea we had any quad axle / articulated buses on the board. Presumably (based on what people have said previously) it must be titled as a commercial vehicle rather than a RV?

A shameless plug for my business - visit www.magazineexchange.co.uk for back issue magazines - thousands of titles covering cars, motorbikes, aircraft, railways, boats, modelling etc. You'll find lots of interest, although not much covering American buses sadly.

PCC

I will say that when I bought it, the title was "motor home".

Awesome, huh.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, very. I could really annoy my neighbours if I had one of those to play with

I do and love every minute of it.

But finding parking places is sometimes the real challenge.

Have visited a number of venues to show the progress, and most expect a "schooly".

I am very impressed with your mission. What a fantastic idea.  8)

Thank you !  It is personal and all consuming. Just want to get it finished (got 50 days), and be full timing to serve those who have served.
