I have tried twice to download it and Adobe says the file is damaged and can't fix it. I do have the latest updates for Adobe. Any other link available?

FWIW I was able to download (already had it),using IE 9, Win7,NO Adobe update Version 10.1.0
Maybe IF you right clic on your adobe desktop Icon you will find properies at the bottom of the menu,a compatability tab to align your Adobe with your operating system ie:Win XP Win 7 or even Win 97
There is a clicy that will help you choose compatability.
MAYBE this will help.

The Haldex site gives you good info about each valve their purpose and their functions better explanation than Bendix IMO
