Well, the Jake's are rebuilt, the wax is so shiny flies can't stick, the co-pilot has stocked the cupboard. There's only one thing left to do......LEAVE!

Our next Excellent Adventure begins tomorrow. From Dearing, GA to Myodan, NC to Lexington, WV to Toledo, OH to Sanford, MI. Takin' our time and visitin' with friends and relatives.

Well, we experienced a first today!! The grade was too steep, and I lost all my RPM's. We stopped dead in the middle of the road and unhooked the toad. Luckily there was only a couple of cars. I'll know better next time. Jack told me I might want to unhook in town. I'll listen next time!!

Other that that we had an uneventful trip from Dearing. Took our time enjoyed the scenery. Now we're enjoying the company of good friends.

Made it to Huntington, WV. Decided to stay and visit with relatives. Signed up at for a week at Jim's Camping in Milton, WV. Hope Diesel prices go down, I've seen $4.05 in WV to $3.59 in OH.

So glad you two are out and having a good trip. Paul and I would love to see you two at the Back to the Bricks Rally in Mich. It starts Aug.18th thru the 21st. I hope Granny is doing well and you have safe travel where ever you go. Tell John I still haven't learn to play anything musical yet.lol. Hope to see you soon!

We would like to go the the Bricks rally but it is the same week as the Midland County Fair and the Retiree picknik. Just too much going on that week to make it to the rally. I know it's only 50 miles from where we will be staying, but I just can't work it into the schedule. Yall can come visit us in Sanford when you leave the rally. We can throw you a 'lectric line out.
