MC8 fuel filters

Does anyone have the numbers for the fuel filter elements for a 1976, MC8?  I have the type that has elements that fit in the canisters, not the spin on type.  I need to change mine and don't know what they are... figure NAPA prob has them but don't know what numbers they are.

per 'da book', strainer (primary) is 5575032, and filter (secondary) is 5574508.

Thank you Thomas... took your numbers, went to O-Rileys today and they crossed them over to a Wix... bought a set and a spare set.

Now to see where I've lost prime.
