We recently discovered that the 4106 was the last 12v bus that GM made.  So, believe it would stand to reason that the 4905 would be 24v.

The PD4107 was a 12 volt neg ground coach.
And the P8M4905A is a 24 volt negative ground coach.

just so happens I am currently working on a 4905A for a friend, and yes it is 24v neg ground.
Some are called, some are sent, some just got up and went.
