question of effect of injector timing 8V71

I recently confirmed that my old bus engine has N65 brown tag injectors and advanced timing, which should call for 1.484" injector timing setting.  The injectors are actually set at 1.460".  What effect would that have on engine performance?  I figure more or less fuel, but I don't know which.
