Countdown to our Texas rally

We only have just over 3 weeks until early arrivals for our bus rally. We have quite a few that say they are headed over but we want to know if anyone else is interested. We will be furnishing all paper products, meats, and soda, coffee and tea. We are asking that attendees provide sides, deserts and any alcoholic beverage that they want to have. All you have to pay for is your campsite. All sites are now 30/50 so we won't have trouble powering you up. Bring any bus stuff you want to sell/give away. If any women want to bring yard sale stuff they are more than welcome to do that. If you let me know about yard sale I can advertise around here and get some local customers. Group meals will be Friday night and Saturday night. I'm sure we will have plenty of burgers/dogs for lunch Saturday and left overs for anyone still here on Sunday. We would appreciate a heads up if you are coming so we will know how much stuff we need to purchase. Office phone number is 979-828-5377 and our office hours are 10 AM to 7 PM or you can email us.

Forgive my ignorance, but is this the rally in Franklin? If so I clicked on the link for "RVStation" from the calender page post and it is broken.

Breaking News!

We are planning on making some of that good old Eastern Carolina Pulled pork... maybe 10 or 20 lbs.

Is anyone willing to do a Texas beef brisket?

Cat has also found us a bunch of Jalapeno Sausages.... Hot dogs, and a friend from another board wants me to fix some of my world famous homemade ribs and kraut. I won't do that until after the rally, for the sake of the womenfolk, unless there is enough of a request for it during!

Sorry Rod, I never heard of that brand. These are just some I found at our local store. I won't even eat them since I can't handle things that are hot so I'm not able to vouch for their tastiness. I hope they are good though.

I caught the hint ,Dallas. You've been talking to Paul. We are having a chili-cookoff at Canton tradesday on April 2, and have been discussing coming over after and staying in motel. IF we can,
do you know of a good motel close, and how many people will be fed? We have too many conflicting hobbies!

I am waiting on the green light from a friend that can sub on a run to Florida the same weekend. I will call soon as I am sure I can make it.

Right now we are expecting around 25 people. No one has to bring enough of any one food to feed everyone. We are having gumbo on Sat night in addition to the other stuff. There will be lots of stuff to eat.

There are 3 motels within 1 1/2 miles of the campground. If you will email me I will look up the information. You can also call me at the number at the RV Relay Station website during office hours and I can give you numbers.

We really hope that even more of you can make it than we have heard from so far.

I plan to have Dallas and Richard help me with getting my idle set and a few other things!
