Wonder if bi-monthly would be a good idea? I'm a taxidermist & in that world the 2 main trade mags went to 6 issues a year probably 12-15 yrs ago. Worked well there. I suspect the production costs, mailing, & other considerations would be cheaper than producing once a month. But then there's the issue of possibly less than twice the content in a bi-monthly vs once a month. Still might not be on time.

From the outside looking in I'm sure it seems easy to put a mag together. Come to think of it so did this conversion project I'm currently working on or at least thinking about every day.

Just wondering out loud here. But does anyone ever try emailing Mike and asking him?
Everytime I've ever emailed or called Mike he has answered and made sure I was happy.

We share that experience. Try emailing the guy that sends them out.....which is what Mike will probably do for us anyway. But I know his door is always open.

I'm talking about MIKE SULLIVAN who is the guy you are supposed to talk to when you have a problem with the magazine. And he is ALSO the guy that oversees the mailing of them too! FWIW

I thought as Prez he might have another Knut in line to handle the Mag issues (pun intended).

I didn't know he had set himself up to resolve all complaints.

I am sure he would anyway if it came to it.

Maybe one of your mail delivery professionals likes converted coaches too...?

Something way beyond BCM's control,
but everything I've heard,
the not so new anymore owners make good on the complaints they receive.

Otherwise, I wouldn't be a supporting them as subscriber.
