Update - Just finished putting the breaker box in the bus bay and the needed electrical hook at the house to take power to the bus.  I actually have an outlet in the bus that is wired to the new panel.

Big step!!!

Great news, Danny!  Now please share with us your plan on how and where you're going to install outlets in the bus so they'l be usable and where you want them when the finished product comes out.    I'm kidding....I must have moved mine 3 or 4 times as the interior evolved.  But then this is my first bus conversion and I've a lot to learn.

Yep, that's it.  Thanks Phil.   This Romex vs stranded marine cable is a recurring subject...sorta like the OTR AC...remove it or not!  Good to have great minds hash these things out.

Getting Usable power to the bus for the first time is one of those things that make the conversion come closer to being in focus.

With one receptacle you have opened up a whole new world of options. After that first one though, you'll start to take the available electric for granted...... until something goes wrong, like trying to run an AC, a circular saw, a sawzall and a refrigerator all at the same time.

Plan well for the rest of your layout and it will eventually get done.

After the the neighbors had called the county mental health center and they let me out of the straight jacket I realized I might have over reacted just a tad. LMAO
