I noticed on the roof of the bus the roof fridge vent is pitch black???

The vent on the roof for the fridge was white no is black like a soot !some will rub off <and all around the vent on the roof is black!!Is it mold?? any ideas????

sounds more like you need to clean the burner tip or adjust the flame -???

Adjust the air on the burner not enough air adjust till you have a nice blue flame no yellow then clean the flume, also look for the little critters nest in the flume

The fride is electric <not gas ,and has not been hooked up in a long time!! and other good ideas?                               (looks like soot)  lol

I thought so but i wasnt sure ,i found that the wind driven rain soaks the back wall behing the fridge,and my exhaust fans to air out the fridge bay are rusty?!! Any better vents out there!i have a norcold 2 peice 1 up there?

Anything plastic on the roof can mold up if the bus is parked in a shady location.  I get mold on my roof because my bus doesn't get a lot of sunlight in its parking spot.
