Hello Everyone,
I talked to Fred a few minutes ago, he is ecstatic, he feels great.  No pain in his back or legs and says he is ready to work on buses!!   He is quite the guy, I am glad he is doing fine.  He did say if anyone is having back pain such as he had he highly recommends for them to go to the clinic that did his surgery as it is world known and so successful.  They specialize in Sports Pains etc.  Fred said to Google (TOC) which when the menu selections come up click on "Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic".  You can read for yourself as to what they do and the success rate for treating.  If Fred says this then I listen and hope anyone having back pains will also research this place as Fred did.

Anyhow, I hope this information can help others and thanks again for the prayers and wishes for Good Ole Fred.  Be sure to make it a point on your bucket list to look him up when in Florida.

Glad to hear that it all worked out for you Fred.  I wish I had a fraction of your energy and stamina.

Hey Fred,
Great news about your recovery. Keep it up. There are still lots of folks around that can benefit from your knowledge and talents. We are enjoying the old MCI, thanks to all your hard work.
