I never tried 1 but saw those at RV surplus places for around 25 bucks guess he couldn't sell those for 25 bucks so you ask 89 bucks on Ebay lol.
You will probably have a good system in the bus just install outside plugs for the speakers in the bay lot's of people do that I did anyway

Why would you want to pipe sound outside so it can annoy your neighbors in a campground of any sort?

If you must have outside noise a boombox would be much simpler!!

You need to get out more Gus some of the guy have outside TV's, Cole has a 96 inch pull down screen on the outside for his grand kids,it is just like anything else keep it under control then there is no problem to others.

I've got one on the outside of my pull trailer, it has really good sound too.  The one nice thing is it has the lighter plug and you can put an ipod transmitter in there and play music with that.  And you can hear it inside the trailer too.  I'm not sold on the power outlet though but i suppose it is weather proof.  Had it for 2 years now and is still nice and clean inside, no moisture (yet?)
If you don't have time to do it properly the first time, when will you have time to redo it?

You really wouldn't like our boombox then lol, we just did a another benefit for a little buddy of ours named Huntar and it was outdoor at a private lake and our bombox used twin 15 inch JBL's with cerwin vega earthquake subs and single 15 inch JBL's for rear reinforcement, along with the laser show on the evening sky, we flew the speakers at the 12 ft level so the sound in the back was crisp but yet comfortable in front.  We used the roof of the bus to set the towers on and powered the 4000 watt system with the bus lol.
