Windshield Rubber Cleaner/Restorer

Fellows,

I am looking for a product that will clean and help preserve the rubber seal around the windshield. I am curious as to what products work well and what experiences you guys/gals have had with the products.

I am also looking for a good glass cleaner.

Doug, Rugylde or Mothers Pro rubber cleaner for the seals , vinegar and water is tough to beat for windshields.I clean mine with vinegar and water the apply gel/gloss lasts over a year for me being I am not a fan of RainX this is the process I use.

What is gel/gloss you are talking about on the windshield?

I've always used vinegar and dried with a newspaper. Works pretty good, but I here that Mothers has a new glass cleaning product but I have not been able to find it.

I will check into the Rubberglyde.

What is the Gel you are talking about?

Guys Gel/Gloss was made for fiberglass folks sold at most RV dealers and Wal/Mart for years I used Gold Seal glass wax but haven't been able to find it in a few years the Gel/Gloss seams to work as good for me and last a long time compered to RainX and turns out  clear no streaks give it a try think you will like it
