RTS near Deming New Mexico on I10

just passed a black RTS on the side of I10 near Deming.the engine bay was still open.
we couldnt see anybody near or in it,so we passed.

is this anybody from the board needing HELP??

we are now in Las Cruces,leaving later to get home!

if we can help,let us know!!!!
