Alright I give up... How do you get the outside seal out a door window?

Hey all,

I am a bit frustrated with my attempts to get the ouside seal in the entrance door window out of the small channel it is in. I am hoping that finding and putting one in will be less of a hassle than taking this rotted one out.

Is there a trick to this?

I don't know about MCI, but GM manuals have detailed instructions for such things in the Maint. Manual.
