Will the clamp go on it and tighten?

Richard

Well Richard , The clamp will fit , However it won't pull it together. And Iam not sure if it has to seal tight or not . Iam told that you can not have any leaks in the exhuast or you lose boost ?

If it won't pull together, it needs to be longer. They do need to be tight.

Did you make the pipe yourself?

I'm sorry Andy, I didn't see the tear at the flange, take it to the welding shop.

I had a similar issue,  the clamp would not pull it together. Another pipe fatigued and broke in two before I figured it out.  I had to wrap Exhaust Tape on there to so the clamp could pull it together,  Looks like that is what had been done to yours.

Something like this,  I had to by a roll,  If you were close by I would give you a piece of it.
