I must say that I was deeply offended ;) by the picture included with this article. Someone must have searched through the millions of pictures of broken down GMC's, MCI's, Eagle's, Prevost's, etc. to find a picture of the one and only time a Setra broke down.

I expect a retraction and a full page apology in the next issue ;D

Paul your timing is impeccable!

Any other time I would have been so terribly upset that I would have demanded a refund in full of the towing company that removed my vehicle from the traffic lane as well as demanding a full public apology!

But as it is I have just come thru a true weekend of HELL! In which not 1, not 2 but 3 out of 5 Setra's in our fleet gave me grief of one sort or another! (which left me to drive a gulp..... a....... ah...... Dina of all things!)

Now of course all patrons were safely transported to and from their destinations in  a timely manor, but it still left me quite angry that the 2 newest buses in the fleet (yes the '05 Setra's) had problems this weekend!

Also the same bus as the one in the picture left me personally hanging this weekend forcing me to drive a...... ah  Dina! (it was only the A/C system low on freon, but at the time I discovered I didn't have time to do anything except turn around and come back for the Dina and go pick up my passengers!)

Oh yeah also the guy who used that photo personally called me and got permission to use it, so it ain't like I can get upset there either! (it really doesn't upset me either anyway as I am the one who originally posted it and quite often send it to customers telling them "see this proves we'll get ya there one way or the other!" ;D )

I just want to know how BK talked all those people into pushing that bus.  He must be some kind of smooth talker. ;D ;D  I will be even more impressed if he is steering the bus while they push. ;D ;D

Hey I told them look we gotta get it out of the road, so I can fix it. So it's either push or walk, your choice!

Actually I told the coaches (one of which took the picture & the other who stood by his side laughing his head off!) look if we can just push it out of traffic I will have it going in about 15 minutes or get another bus back here and get you on your way.
