I need to install 24V lights on my two wheel tow dolly. What are the lighting requirements for a tow dolly? Do I need lights on the tow vehicle also?

If there are lights on the dolly, they must be in working condition, as any other exterior light on any vehicle.  Not sure about toad lights on toad when on a dolly.  Jack
