I was able to get some owners manuals off of e-bay, you might have some luck.  Also try Paul at   sviau@rogers.com 

Paul seems to have an pretty good source for bus documentation.  I first ordered from him through e-bay, then directly after that.   He is in Canada, so the shipments take a little longer.
