Howdy folks and friends

I lost the address to this board long ago, and a friend just reminded me of what a good group it is.

I am in Fresno, CA and have owned about 90 Gilligs, Crowns, and the occasional Blue Bird, Ford, Thomas, but Gilligs and Crowns are what I am best at.  I drive a 1970 Gillig with an 1160 CAT that makes me smile.

I use the buses to haul medical supplies down south of the border, or used to.  Now I am working exclusively in Haiti, and to ship a bus there cost (last time I tried) $6000.

I have dismantled about 25-30 buses with my own hands, almost all Gilligs and Crowns, so if anyone has a problem with theirs, feel free to write.  Got spares too, of course.

If anyone is interested, I have a web site.  It is http://www.fresnoalliance.com/wheelchairproject       You will see some buses in places and situations that the manufacturer never intended.  :)

So if anyone wants help on these two models, just give me call at (559) 251-3814 and I'll do my best to help

Have a good one
