April issue

Well, I received my new magazine, but it is the March Issue, which I had already received? Anyone else have this problem?  Jack

Yes, the same thing, received a second March issue on Sat. 4/11.

The cause of this problem is being investigated and isn't known yet.

Anyone that received a second March issue instead of an April one should use the Contact Form here:

http://www.busconversions.com/contact.html

Include the name and address of the subscription and select "Magazine Subscription" as the reason for the contact.  In the "Comment or Question" box, just state that you got a second March issue instead of an April.  Then click the submit button on the form.

This will send an email to the necessary people to get you a replacement on the way and help create a log of the incidents which may help in determining the cause.

Ok here's the scoop! The mag didn't make any mistake on delivering an extra copy. What happened was I asked that every subscriber receive an extra copy only because my bus was on the cover! I just thought that you guys didn't get enough of me and it was pay back time!
Now believe that? LOL

My april issue came today and while it seems to be thinner and leaner it is still a fine magazine and I do look forward to it.

I submitted the form like hightechredneck told us to, and received and electronic copy and an email stating that that a April issue will be mailed out.

I'm happier to be able to post the resolution, than the complaint.
