He could donate it to " Help BK with his first conversion" charity! I live so far out in the country nobody will see it unless it hits the road headed to a hurricane relief effort as a bunk house! ;D  BK  ;D

Well, the interior looks good in the pictures.  The exterior is definitely unconventional, but I would not say that it makes the bus unusable.  I suppose, with a little bit of getting used to, one could see it as a positive in that it is unique.  Unfortunately for the seller, the more unique an item is, the less of a market there will be.  In this case, he can only try and get what he can for it.  At some point, the right price will find the right person.  The way the market is, he may still be far from that price.  When he gets there though, someone will be getting really good value for the money with merely an aesthetic downside ( as long as it can fit under normal overpasses).
You don't have to believe everything you think.

Sorry BK, and Circusboy I call first dibbs on the donation to my needy charity, that being me LOL. But BK I'll drive it down to TN and let you work on it, and Circusboy I'll let you wave to me as I drive by, heck I'll even blow the air horn for you.

Too bad he didn't get the sheets ribbed to match the stock lower parts, there'd be no waves in it then...

The wavey exterior could be recovered with some extensive use of 3M decals...rent it out as a mobile advertisement?

With some sneeky creativity, there might be a deal here that can get cleaned up
