Kyle and Gary,

Looked like a great time,

Thanks for sharing,

John

Claudette and me (and Rebel ) had a great time , finally got to put some new faces with names. But I'll need to see everyone a couple of times to remember all that info. Didn't leave until Monday, and lost the tranny cooler on the way home. If it wasn't for Rebel begging me to stop so he could Pee I wouldn't have seen tranny oil on the jeep. I had to do a little --gger rigging
( hope that is politically correct) to bypass it so I could get it home.

Now to find a new one before Hoboken Rally. Any know of a source ?

Thanks Kyle rally was great will definately be there next time.

It's OK to say it,

Tigger rigging is always better than dealing with Poo.  .  .  .  ;)

Gary has done it again! He compiled a video of the non rally pictures & used JR & friend's pickin for the background music.

Very good video of the NON rally.

I sent Gary an email expressing those thoughts.

Glad to see everyone had such a good time and the music in the video is top notch!

Love the video!  Probably had to be there, but seems like we drove in, setup...and had to leave.  Man that weekend went by fast!  Bummer!
Gary has a ton of time invested in that video.   Love the music too!.... ::)  Hey...some of us are a little narcissistic!   ;)
Ed Brenner, if you read this, I'm interested to know who did your Eagle conversion?   Your Eagle is really nicely done.
All weekend I was going to ask...??  Alzheimers is hell.   :o
I got alzheimers and depression now...priced new tires today.  WhOA!!  WAS looking at Michelins...NOT...$700 and some change each.  That ain't gonna work.  Firestone or Conti for about $500 each.  That may be doable.  I've got Firestones now.  They've been pretty good. Probably what I'll install.
Reckon I'll start a tire 'thread'??   ;)

Thanks Gary,

That's much more than I could remember on my own :D

You really know how to add the icing to a good time :)
It's all fun and games til someone gets hurt. ;)

Thanks to Kyle and the people that worked so hard to make this non-rally happen.  I think this is the best time we have ever had in the bus.  Patsy and I enjoyed looking at all the buses; but, it was the guys and gals that made it special.  If you didn't feel welcome here you wouldn't feel welcome anywhere.
Thanks to J R and Gary for the music, Gary I really enjoyed playing  music with you and hopefully we can do it again sometime.  Thanks for posting the pictures they were great.
We really enjoyed the food and appreciate everyone who helped .
This was our first rally but hopefully not our last.

Glen,
You have let your secret guitar skills out. From now on, your attendance is mandatory.  ;D

we are home

after 8 states and 11 days we are back in nc. What a way to end a great rally. 4 days with some of the nicest people and great buses, great food, just a great time.

Then an escort to ga by a beautiful 35ft mci.then across alabama, mississippie, louisana, arkanasaw, missouria and tenn. and then back home to nc. The old detroit hummed along fine. Brought a lot of attention every where we went from old truck drivers who heard us pull in. were welcome in ever campgroud from the state parks to the fancy resorts.

The only bad part was trying to get through Chattanoga at 5:00 oclock on friday evening. 2 hours and 15 miles.

Bus conversions are the only way to travel.

Ned and Wilma

Uncle Ned, I'm glad you and Wilma made it home safely, and had an enjoyable trip. We really had a good time following Huggy Bear across the hills and hollows going to Ga.   That 4104 has enough power to eat the hills up. I'd get to listening to Huggy and forget to shift gears and start pulling down on the hills.it was still a nice ride. Patsy took some pictures on the rd. will post when I learn how. y'all have a good night  Glen
