To honor Richard, theme changed this week.

To honor Richard & his service to the bus community, we have changed the overall theme to a dark gray.  This will be in place this week.

A few members thought it would be a great idea to drape the board to honor Richard.
Also, on the start page, the news box in the upper right corner will state this too.
The dark gray template will only show up if your on forum default in your profile. "looks and layout"
