other things you will need will be a air to air charger  CC had a long narrow one I don't know how it would fit a MCI and the transmission cooler was outside the radiator also and for the pad you will have to take serial number to Allision there are several pads for that transmission the small things will add up the wiring harnesses for the engine and transmission are not going to be cheap

If you buy a new gas pedal and shifter, you'd be in the $2,000 range.  But, I'm sure you could get them from a junk yard also-many garbage trucks use the ISM which is similar with similar electronics.  Good Luck, TomC
