Thanks everyone, I still hear train horns and diesels, they say the photos are uploaded to their website Tuesday after the race.

Glenn, No everything was full, fresh water and all.

Belfert, That's why the have bracket racing or elimination's, you have your dial in time and that determines your head start to make all times equal.

Niles, Some people there where calling me nuts all so, not the first time I've heard that scene I bought a bus.

Tekebird Doug, Z class, go to the web site click on the diesel nationals page and they list all the classes. Z= large diesel powered bus.

John, No handicap.

Our oldest son (27) and I went to www.midohio.com Mid Ohio Sports Car Course and watched the NASA Championship racing (National Auto Sport Association) They used rain tires in the morning but by afternoon the track dried out. Lots of good racing  and many types including: Factory Five, Camaro Mustang Challenge, CMC2, 944Spec, American Iron & AIXtreme, Honda Challenge, 944 Cup/Super Cup, Spec Focus, Spec Miata, German Touring Series, Performance Touring, and Spec E-30. No bus race but one Newell coach attended.
But Sunday afternoon became windy with afteraffects of hurricane Ike. We will be cleaning up for a while.

Naw... The real question is, "How much money did you make on side-bets?"  No average joe is going to look at a bus up against a "smaller" vehicle like a semi and bet on the bus.
