We went to the July non rally in 2007 on our first trip before we started the conversion.  I am sitting at our tailgate spot in Athens GA as I type.  It was an uneventful 90 mile drive here.  So far so good!  I'll post a few pics and give an update later.  I have worked my hind end off the past few months to get here,  I didn't quite get done what I wanted but that is ok.

Congratulations and glad you are able to enjoy the fruits of your labor on it.  The remaining items will progress along too and then you can begin on the redesign phase that has been much discussed lately.  ;D

The story of my life!

Looking forward to the photos. You're having fun and that's what's important. I will be driving through GA on my way to WDW, if I see you I will honk.

I can sympathize with your excitement since I too have a transit, albeit an AMGeneral 10240B-but very similar in size and driving to your GMC.  Hopefully you can do more trips.  I take a trip about every other month, about 4 or 5 a year. My favorite is to leave on Thurs and come back on Monday-giving 3 complete days at your destination.  Good Luck, TomC

Enjoy your ride,

Brandon, just look at how far you have come just since the first time you came to the non rally.

Bill, the non rally is the one Kyle has planned and it is lots of fun. Dallas and I made the first one but not the second.  Not sure  if we can make the October one or not.  It is in the mountains of SC, very little cell phone reception, if any, lots of nice people, lots of wonderful food and a wonderful atmosphere.  Ya oughta try to make it.

Thanks for the information.  Sure I won't be taking the bus out of Florida anytime soon.  Might be fun to hookup with Jack and the bunch and go Flywheeling..... ;D

Bill,
Flywheelers is a great time.  I guarantee you Will not be able to see everything in 1 weekend.  we plan to leave around 9/22 for the GA & the Carolina's, stopping at Flywheelers on our way home. The dates for Flywheelers rally is November 7-9.  Give ma a call in October and I can give you all the details (still in planning & prep stage).   Jack
