H3-40 chassis battery slide

Will probably have to call Prevost Jacksonville monday - But - Was checking my Group 31's before hopefully heading out - when I pulled the battery slide out it only came half way - one of the side slides appears to be hung up - the battery compartment is completely enclosed by bulkhead so I can't see very far back - it slides fine then just hangs up on one side - Any ideas of what it is or how I can get in the compartment? - Thanks in advance - Niles

Niles I answered you on BNO but check the cables. Mine hung on mine once and I had to tie wrap from rising up when they went in!
