Hi Christopher,

I'm sure that .065 would do the job but, if you are using .080 to cover up your windows then that would be my choice for the roof.

Seal it with byutal tape and rivets..

Where to get it? look in your local phone book for a local steel supply or even a commercial roofing company would carry it.

Good Luck

I don't know about the aera you are in but I can find a lot of good meterial at the local scrape metal yards, normally at some pretty good prices, even better prices sometimes when you don't need a recpiet.

I go there first when i need some thing and some times I find things I was not expecting too.  Seam like I never have the money to get the extra things most of the time.

They had a Bridgport end mill for 900.00 last time I was there.  It needed a motor but it had a lot of stuff with it still.

I have a few pieces left from previous work done on my MCI 7 and from me putting in various vents and AC.  What size piece do you need?  If it will fit in a padded envelope, I could send it to you.
