Hey Everyone,

It's actually a customer's bus and yes, the skins for it cost almost twice what the bus did.  Not to mention Prevost RV sliders, $4800 each from Prevost, luckily I found someone with extras - what are the odds?

I bought a 99 H3-45 near San Diego and drove out to strip all the baggage doors and dash out of it, that saved a small fortune too.

Anyways, it's been a huge project already, and many months to go!

I'm curious if the customer is really going to save any money in the long run with all the parts and labor over a running shell?  There must be burned buses out there that didn't get quite as crispy as that one.

Todd,
Do you still have the parts bus?  anything left on it?  tag axle lifter, independant front suspension?

thanks,
