Thru Roof Cable Seals

I can't find my favored chrome, marine quality thru roof cable seals to install solar, antennae, etc. They had a flange, and you did everything from the outside. The Ancor wire seals must me inserted from the inside and then you climb the ladder and finish the job. Has anyone seen the flanged version? Are there any other solutions I have missed?

West Marine was my source of my favorites, actually Port Supply which is their wholesale arm......don't carry them anymore....only the Ancor nylon units. I may have to just order those.

Appropriately sized piece of aluminum sheet. hammer, something round of the appropriate size to form aluminum, some screws/ pop rivets and butyl rubber tape, caulking etc.
