Hi Guy's,

First, We are very Sorry for the delay..

Being the first month of the on line mag., they are experiencing some glitches that need to be worked out.

I assure you, mike and the team are working on it and we are expecting to have it up in the next week.

Hope this won't inconvenience our members too much.

I guess it's about time to resurrect this thread since I applied for the BCM online edition back in January, paid the money and as of today....don't have a darned thing to show for it.

I've received Email's from MAK inquiring about my subscription...nothing evolved.

I've E-mailed the Holy Tower in CA and registered my concern, in language that probably wasn't PC,  and still haven't heard anything.  My account has been debited (for those of you in Rio Linda...that means PAID) and as of today I don't have access to the BCM Online Edition.

Now, I'm a mild mannered, easy going type of individual who doesn't ask people to go out of their way to make me happy. I just ask for the service for which I've paid.

My question is:  How many other Members of this Board find themselves in the same situation? Perhaps the squeaky hinge WILL get the oil....or I may be asked to leave the Board....we'll see.

Bob,

You will NOT be asked to leave the board for logically stating a valid concern.

I agree with Bob. I paid for the online mag late December, my credit card was charged January 3 08. I also have nothing, got a call back in February before heading south to Arizona from Karen at Mak publishing. I told her I was heading south in afew days, she said she would get back to me before I left to let me know what is going on.
I 'm down in Apache Junction and still no info on what is going on. It would be nice to receive a email message on what is happening.

I suppose it is possible that your BCM magazine is ending up in your email spam box, like mine has every month so far.

After paying, I never heard a peep from BCM either, which I feel is pretty poor CS. Same magazine though.

WOW, the April issue just showed up in my email box...and I haven't even finished reading the March issue yet.

It is EXACTLY like the printed version...except these won't get ragged and dogeared waiting for me to finish them.  ;D

Thanks again MAK.

Hi Guys,
Did the on line version of the March 2008 magazine have the full text of the "An Excellent Bus Adventure" story? My hard copy story ended in mid-sentence and I just hate when that happens.
Thanks, Sam 4106

Hey Sam,

The BCM March 2008 online version does go all the way to the end of the article, but there is a funny gap between pages 43 and 44, that left me hanging too.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, a good Reisling in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:  WOO HOO, what a ride
