Police on Thursday arrested the driver of a van involved in a crash with a school bus that killed four students in rural Minnesota.

She was charged today with 4 counts of criminal vehicular homocide. She's an illegal alien who has no valid driver's license, and is using someone else's identity. Not sure if they've even figured out what her real name is, yet.

Go figure.
