Hi Larryh,
I have the same problem.
When I changed from Frank @ PA to Frank @ TX, somethings didn't follow over.
When I'm at another computer I have to log in as Frank @ PA ( the old name ).
There are other problems too but this one I found while at the public Lib at Quartzsite.
Hope it all works out.
Frank

Hi Larry - I was able to delete the Heading by going into "Forum Profile Information" and deleting the "Personal Text".  Also in that section I used "upload my own picture"   Just want to make sure I am replicating the steps you are taking. Was that option greyed out for you?

Please let me know!!

Hope this helps, Phil

I have tried several times also to upload a picture but can't seem to get it done. I get a response of "error occurred". Just thought I was continuing to do something wrong??

Thanks, Phil

Hi Phil,

Your picture may be too large of a file. You may have to resize it.

There are resizing tools in our Board Help section. If that gives you trouble, you can e-mail the pic to me and I

would be happy to resize it for you.

Hi Larry,

Thanks for the feedback.

The words were already displayed.  And they have now been deleted successfully.

Well, unless the words are still there & I've missed something?  Please let me know.

You are welcome to send me the picture so I can see what is causing the problem.  Worst case, I should be able to get it uploaded for you.

Hope this helps, Phil
