I was working on the bus today and removed some of the ceiling panels which I am planning to replace.  The factory insulation is all in good shape sealed in plastic and lightly glued to the exterior skin.  I removed the insulation in the walls which was deteriorated.  I am going to replace that insulation with either foam board or spray foam. I was surprised that the ceiling insulation was in great shape. Should I save it? Replace it? or what?

Your choice, but foam (sheets or spray) will have a higher R value.  Jack

Highly recommend spray foam-it will quiet everything and stiffen the walls and ceilings.  Good LUck, TomC
