Missing bolt?

  I noticed today on the back of my engine on the right side below the head next to the block heater there's what looks like a

bolt has backed out. Would this be a freeze plug of some type, or just a casting hole from the block?   Also  for the first time Oil

on the block in that area.  Any impute would help!

    Your photo may be to large. Resize the photo to 640 X 480 and it should work.  Jack
