I was driving today East on 95 in Montana when the left side of the coach dropped fast.I found the left rear bag had a hole in it. I had to drive about 35 mph for 75 miles to a small town where I had the bag overnight  to a campground. I found a shop that can put it in or I can try and do it myself, but I have not put in bags before.I have a 85 Prevost. Are they fairly easy to install? I have plenty of tools with me,but I do need to get back on the road soon.
Thanks--Don

Rip,

From what I have read personally if on the road I'd let someone else do the job. It looks
like dirty guerrilla type work. I don't mind dirt but I'm not the guerrilla I used to be.
Sense you stated your desire to get going again and you think the shop can do a serviceable
job then why put yourself in that mess?    Just a thought.

remember the smoke that is out in Mt. now is bad for the health.

The hardest part about changing air bags is taking the wheels off and taking the old bag off, which usually requires cutting the bolts off. Installing the new ones is easy.

He said he has a Prevost.  Their air bellows are mounted outboard, easily accessible by opening a panel directly in front of the drive axle.  Don't remember if they also have an inboard. . .

Regarding the lights int eh picture, the POG looks lik it was "drawn" with a flashlight when the picture was taken.  I suspect its been seriously photoshopped.
