HF should do what you want if the temp range is where you need it.  Generally the cheaper units have a larger target circle at a closer distance, which should not be an issue for this useage.

Have you tried Diesel radiator?

They did the radiator and charge cooler for a friend who was putting a 60 in an Eagle.  Don't know the prices but I think they were competetive.
