One leg

Dallas and I left SOB on Tuesday morning about 10 and headed up the highway to Bennettsville, SC. We stopped for fuel and to let Dallas check out the fluid levels and tires. Since there was a grocery store nearby we decided to get some grub, ok, snacks. Everything was doing fine so we headed back out. We drove on to Pageland and stopped again. Dallas hadn't driven the bus that far in so long that his hand and leg started cramping on him. Again everything checked out great. "Millie" was doing such a good job on the road. We found a McDonalds in Richburg that has RV parking so we stopped again. This time we let the kitties out on their leashes so they could have some fun. The two youngest had not enjoyed the trip at all. Alice sat on the bottom step and yowled the entire time. Ernie paced, on the dash, on the floor, on the couch, back on the dash. The only time he wasn't pacing he was perched on the couch, half on the back, and half on the seat. He was pretty well stressed out. Ralph, on the other hand, knows no stress. He loves the heat so he found a nice hot and quiet spot to sleep (not sure why quiet since he is deaf). Even when we stopped, he didn't budge. We called while we were there and got directions to Chester State Park. We pulled in, found a shady spot and haven't budged yet. Camp Wallyworld isn't for us this time of year since our inverter won't run both a/c's and even the cats are spoiled to the cooling.

That's not Dallas snoring, it's him thinking about how to answer this post, by his significant other. We all know there WILL be a reply!

Ahh, Paul, you guys know us too well. That was Dallas snoring. He is trying to bring in the Atlantic fleet. The other sounds you hear are his yelps when I kick him to try to get him quiet. Also there are a few mutterings from him because I took away his thong. Cat

What about the image I have? Who's gonna pay for my therapy? Remember, I'm married to the guy and it wasn't a picture I had to look at.

The problem was, she grabbed the thong while I was still in it!

I now know why they call it a "Thong" ..... that's the sound it makes when it snaps back against you after it's been stretched out like a slingshot.

How about THAT for a mental image!

Just when I had thought I had finally got rid of that visual, my wife said to imagine him running down the beach in slow motion, now I'm back needing therapy again.

It would be cheaper to join D.A. (Dallas Anonymous) IT's like the other 12 step programs
but your not stuck in a stuffy room your on the road driving the bus.

i got on this topic becuase i thought 1 leg meant it was a discussion of 50 amp shore power or generators.

now i find out it has to do with dallas and first leg of the trip.

bubbagal, is dallas going to wear this thong in public???

i might have to rethink the tennesee bus bash in September. that may be a show stopper. $:-\$ not sure if the real thing is better or worse than the image, but definitely don't want to find out.

It's safe to come to the TN bash! If Dallas wears that thing in Public around here HE won't be around at the time of the TN Bash! If the neighbors don't shoot 'm, I will! LOL ! That is just not something you present in PUBLIC here!
Hummm could this be the reason they've had troubles the other places they've been too lately? LOL! Just kidding!
