In Theory, theory and practice are the same.
In Practice, they aren't.

Harbor Freight has a decent pneumatic rivet gun.  I got the 'better' model on sale for around $50 or so.  It's worked fine for the 100's, if not 1000's of rivets I've installed.  It's also saved my hands. When I needed anything other than cheapo pop rivets, I order from http://www.fsirivet.com/index.php.  Their prices were the best I could find and they are very helpful.

Go to this web site ::)
or www.browntool.com
Both are aviation maintenance tool suppliers.
Look on ebay for a book called (aircrafts mechanics handbook)
All you will ever need to know about rivet,s and rivet guns and bucking bars.

Do what I did. Find a couple of retirees from the aircraft industry that live close by. They love to demonstrate their skill, and by the time they have finished teaching you, you are all done.

Good idea Stan. The only problem is that I live in rural Kentucky. As a matter of fact, we live so far from civilization that the VCR gets fuzzy reception.
I ordered the aviation book today
THANKS AGAIN for all of your help.  Tomas

There was a great article in the May and June issues of the BUS CONVERSIONS MAGAZINE called "Fascinating Fastener Facts".

Some good info there.  I think you can get a subscription on this board ??? ::) ??? ;D
