Been doing some cleaning up on the forum, it's been running a long time and had gotten a bit ragged.  Everything should look and work pretty much the same for members, was mostly under the hood stuff.  If you see anything that's not right, post it here, with a link if possible.  I'll be checking the board regularly.

Thanks for your work.
I just had a member tell me he sent a PM so I went in and found it. It has been a while, but I seem to remember I would get an notice to my regular email that a BCM member has sent me a message?  Also font size seemed to default to tiny, but I see where I can change that. However, when I switched to 24, I get parenthesis on the screen that say that, but the letters stay same size.

Confirmed forum is not sending pm notifications.  Will look into that tonight.

Where are you seeing tiny fonts?  Can you post a screenshot?

Ok, I've fixed the pm notifications.  Had to upgrade php version from 7.4 to 8.0.

Gary, check your website, make sure everything is working correctly.

No that it matters, but my post on Cerbo Touch Screens from a week or so ago has ended up on the "stuff for sale" part of the board. The subject matter had nothing to do with selling anything. FYI, thanks.

I just clicked on go to 14.

Clicked on 36. Doesn't change it as you can see.
Does that help you diagnose?

The size tags don't affect font size in reply editor, only when you post it.  Like this.  There's a WYSIWYG editor in 2.0, but it's buggier than a junkyard dawg and not recommended.

Are you using a desktop/laptop or mobile device?  Screenshot looks normal.  You should be able to zoom up in browser, or I can make the font larger, but that may screw up things elsewhere, and will reduce amount of text that can be displayed in the editor.  (You can make the textarea larger by dragging lower right corner, but most people don't know that.)

My cancer doctor gave me a thumbs up after 2 years, my back hurts every morning, I pee a lot more, I get three more new teeth next week, I'm about to need Mr. Magoo glasses, and people won't stay off my lawn!

But my FIL is 90 is now in assisted living, totally incontinent, has leg spasms, in a wheel chair wearing depends, and can't use his hands to the point he almost needs to be fed.

So I have that to look forward to.....
