A question what the hell is a solid state battery here in valley you see different cars and truck being tested.Tonight I saw a EV being tested with solid state batteries it was covered so I couldn't see what brand it was,the driver told me they were testing the new batteries and building a plant in Texas or Az

Tesla is building a Battery plant where they will be building their newest battery which is not Lion or anything like that. It will come in a roll thats all I know from watching their battery day video a few months ago.

Must be a ship load of 3M 1300 sealant on the boats cost me $32.00 for a 5 oz tube was the best price I could find lol last year it was $8.00 for a 5 oz tube

There is a huge and I mean, Huge building going up on Elliot and right around the 202 in Mesa. This tilt up building is taking up almost a half square mile in several structures. Rumor has it that it will be for some battery making plant. I certainly hope we as humans have found a better electrical storage system. I still do not think Lithium is the answer. We need Iron Man's blue energy source....

Well, as major car makers have announced electric fleets coming in just a couple of years, you are going to see big battery plants popping up ahead of time. Think of millions of batteries. Then plants coming to recycle old ones, then wheel motor rebuilders, etc,etc. Should be interesting during the transition.

Could those new buildings be the Facebook data center going up?

With the spectacular growth in that area of AZ, won't  be affordable to live there in a couple more years. Building and traffic boom with influx of workers, etc. should start things going crazy.

It is already that way John ,Intel,Apple and others are building every where on the 202 and 101,housing as increased 28% in less than a years. I am not looking foward to living there again but I lost on that deal

New battery rumors are a dime a dozen!!! It will be interesting to actually see what happens in the next two years; though I think most of the rumors are four to five years out.

Though I think most of us will want to recycle EV batteries as house batteries.

I bought 2 lifepo4 they are good batteries but I don't think they are worth the price for RV's JMO
