Has anyone found a particularly good way to route wiring across the bus side to side in the vicinity of the bulkhead the HVAC door is in? In other words the the rear most bulkhead between the bays which in this case contains the batteries, fuel tank, and evaporator. PO ran them above the HVAC door hinge which interferes with the door opening fully and we can't have that now, can we? I was wondering if anyone has found a tidy way past this issue? Surely with all that stuff in there there is room for some conduit.

I saw it on the Internet. It MUST be true...

It's yours, pound a conduit thru there.

You aren't taking no for an answer, go slightly next door, across, and back in again, if you have to...

Nothing says it has to be a straight line, that's what a pipe bender is for...

What's it look like over the rear axle? In many buses that is a really underutilized space which spans the width of the bus.

Yes, I was hoping for enlightenment. Some of you guys have either removed the HVAC or have a 102DL(3) that has had the HVAC removed and have some idea of what is in there. I'm afraid that if I just start poking holes in it I might hit a coolant or refrigerant line., and the setup doesn't really lend itself well to disassembly to see where everything is. Maybe running to the rear and across is the best solution. I do have space for a 1" conduit behind the water tank, so I guess that probably makes the most sense. That way I don't have to cut any holes.

My next challenge? Routing the vent lines.
