I think what he means is that you would ask questions and then actually let other people answer them, and graciously take into consideration what other people had to say instead of acting like a colossal asshat.

Yeah don't worry Derrick. You have to give Dave some slack, actually a lot of slack. He's suffering from extensive heat exhaustion and excessive ash inhalation as well as going absolutely berserk being cooped up for nearly six months. I'm heading over next week to slap him silly back to reality.
