Probably getting any titles would be nonexistent. They would have to hauled out on a lowboys as a doner bus.

It depends on State rules, sometimes a bill of sale will get you a title. I got an old Land Rover with a handwritten bill of sale in New Hampshire converted to a title in Ohio many years later. There had to be titles for those buses at some point if they were part of the business. They might not have been part of the tax sale.

The property owner (as of last year) explained that he bought the property and all the buses in the sale. He had the Scenicruiser listed on ebay. That is how I began communicating with him. He claimed he could obtain a Missouri title. I'm not sure but I think Missouri may be a non-title required state (for vehicles of a certain age).

If you know of the whereabouts of a PD4501 Scenicruiser - I would like to add the serial number to my registry of surviving Scenics.  www.tomsgarageonline.com

If that is the same Scenicruiser that was there in 1996 or 1997, I went all through it and took pictures (not sure where they are now). It was in semi-rough shape, but it had seats and all the glass. I remember sitting in it in my favorite seat (first passenger side seat on the upper deck), and picturing it going down the road.

Walter, I believe at one time there were two cruisers there. I have both serial numbers in my list. The remaining one has been there a long time. I have photos of it as well. It's pretty rough.
