Electric pump still looks like it is in return line instead of supply...Also that switch --low with one wire maybe fuel pressure switch. Still take wire off for test.  you can put a hose fuel in let into a gal can of diesel. use engine pump( if is weak it will pump out of can. It's a long way from tank.. Take elect pump from present location and install just in front of filter inlet.  Ace Rossi Lakeland Fl is in Tampa area.  He knows 2 strokes.. Also Gomer from bno is at Ocola--mikelutestanski this board is just west of Ocola

Sean look on the front inside panel to the left of the driver and if there is a switch with CHIME on it, flip it and then try to start it. That was MCI's security switch in case someone tried to steal it. And make sure transmission is in Neutral.

I'll try all the ideas and let everyone know the results. Thanks again for all the helping thoughts.

Good news, got the motor running on its own. Turns out the injectors where stuck as well as the rack. Now the bus isn't airing up. Found a leak what I think is a leak in spare tire well in front of bus. Appears to be a valve of some sport. Air is escaping from bottom. Is there a plug (bolt) suppose to go in the bottom?

buswarrior

In the spare tire compartment?

Looks like the quick release valve for the front brakes.

it only releases air after you put service brakes on, and then release, the air from front chamber exhausts out there.

Steady leak is not right.

Where else is air escaping?

How much air are you building to before it stops?

Block the wheels, try moving the parking brake control to the released position and see if it stops.

It doesn't stop at all. Continuous flow of air coming from valve. Gauge on dash doesn't show it building pressure at all. Or gauge doesn't work. Haven't found any other air leaks yet

SeanM

Just found this leaking. Black dot is a hole.

I'm not sure what it is. But yes it's the front of the bus in bumper compartment

robertglines1

does that coach have a  parking brake over-ride  switch--put a screw in it. For test purpose only.!  Could be tank for that/Anything else I would have would be a guess without being there. Looks like big solid lines going into and out of it.

If you have the proper air schematic for your unit number, you will get on better.

It fairly represents the locations and names of components.

MC8 had around 8 different air schematics, you MUST choose the correct one.

When you have a huge leak like you do, many valves will leak, not because they are broken, but because there is no force behind them to seal, and then you mis-diagnose the problem...

Get the biggest one stopped, go from there.

Happy coaching!
