Kubota GL11000 in a Bus

Anyone using one of these types of Gensets? 

The bus I just bought has one in it, 500 hours.  Not my first choice Genset, but it's already there and very low hours.

Doesn't have a control panel inside, seems Kubota used to make them but D/C the part. 

PO plumbed fuel, but air circulation for cooling and the exhaust are both inside one cabinet, just doesn't feel right to me.

Thoughts/Experiences?

Never heard of it.  Does it run?  If so, what is the concern?  Is it putting out steady voltage?
