Hi all,

Is there a serpentine belt pulley that would fit an 8v92 ? Like a S60

Nope,I had one cut from 8 inch aluminum round stock for a Eagle for $700.00 to convert from V belts to serpentine for a customer

Ok.. Thanks for the info !
Maybe i could fill the V groove with weld and have it machined after !?!?

Wouldn't it be easier to find a multi-groove pulley for some other application and bore the centre to fit your engine?

Its the last thing but its still on the list.

I thought the 8V-92 crank pulley was either a harmonic balancer, or was a balanced pulley. one of those two?

The pulleys on a 8v92 mount in front of harmonic balancer you see strange stuff mounted on the crank of a 8v92,the harmonic balancer has a unique mounting on a 8v92

Yes, that would be a good option. I will try to look for an S60 pulley.

the series 60 has 6 bolts to bolt to the crank I don't think it would be long enough to do that and hold the harmonic balance in place on a 8 v92

True, it goes pretty deep. I guess that a fabricated one is the best option.
Do you think half of both pulley could be parted and welded back together (casting ?).
